Fairbanks Highland Estates Exterior Painting on Caminito Vistana in San Diego, CA

In July 2018, Maverick Painting completed a full exterior painting project in Fairbanks Ranch located in the gated community of Fairbanks Highland Estates. This home, built in 2001 is 4,429 square feet, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and sits on an acre over looking a desert preserve.

The main stucco color is ICI Paint 469 English Cottage, the accent stucco color is Sherwin Williams 2075 Backpack Tan, the color used on fascia, shutters, pillars, entry doors and garages is Benjamin Moore 123 Falcon Brown. Zinsser primer was used on the garage and entry doors to ensure proper adhesion. All colors were formulated with a Sherwin Williams base of A100 and SuperPaint. 2 coats was used on all surfaces. The wrought iron gates were refinished using oil based anti corrosive, all surface oil made by Sherwin Williams.

Maverick Painting also re-stained the barbecue gazebo structure using Cetol solvent based stain made by PPG Proluxe. This project took 2 weeks to finish. The homeowner thanked us by giving us a bundt cake.
